Who am I?
I ask myself this every day.
My Name is Isaac Dalhoff.
If I had to choose one word to describe myself, it would be storyteller.
I came to UX through fiction—B.A. in Creative Writing, years spent building out ideas, testing them with beta readers, and researching my readers’ market. When I discovered UX, I recognized these familiar processes hiding in plain sight. Journey mapping, persona building, and sharpening a hook were already under my belt. It was storytelling with a different medium.
